Refund policy
BLOXFIRE — RETURN & REFUND POLICY Effective Date: March 23, 2026
NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All sales on Bloxfire are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.
WHY WE DON'T OFFER REFUNDS
Bloxfire sells digital in-game items for Roblox experiences. By their nature, digital goods are instantly consumable and cannot be returned, taken back, or resold. Once a virtual item has been delivered to your Roblox account, it cannot be undone on our end.
THIS MEANS:
- We do not refund orders because you changed your mind
- We do not refund orders because you purchased the wrong item
- We do not refund orders because the item did not meet your expectations
- We do not refund orders because you no longer play the game
- We do not refund duplicate purchases
- We do not refund orders due to game updates, patches, or changes made by the game developer after your purchase
- We do not refund orders because you provided incorrect delivery information
THE ONLY EXCEPTION: NON-DELIVERY
If your item was never delivered within 24 hours of successful payment and you have not received any contact from our team, email support@bloxfire.gg with your order number. We will investigate and either complete delivery or, if we are genuinely unable to fulfill the order on our end, issue a store credit or refund at our sole discretion.
This exception does not apply if:
- You provided an incorrect Roblox username or email
- Your Roblox account settings prevented delivery
- You changed your Roblox username after placing the order
CHARGEBACKS
Disputing a charge with your bank or payment provider after receiving your item is considered fraud. We maintain detailed delivery records and will contest every fraudulent chargeback. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from our platform and the incident may be reported to relevant authorities.
If you have a genuine concern, contact us at support@bloxfire.gg before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to help resolve legitimate issues.
BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE YOU CONFIRM:
You have read and understood this policy, you accept that all sales are final, and you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes for delivered orders.
