BLOXFIRE — TERMS OF SERVICE Effective Date: March 23, 2026

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or purchasing from Bloxfire ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Bloxfire, including purchases of digital in-game items for Roblox experiences including Steal a Brainrot (SAB), Escape the Tsunami from Below (ETFB), Grow a Garden, and any other games we may offer.

2. ABOUT OUR SERVICE

Bloxfire is a third-party digital goods marketplace selling virtual in-game items for Roblox-based experiences. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Roblox Corporation.

All items are delivered digitally by a staff member who will contact you via the email or Roblox username provided at checkout. Typical delivery time is under 2 minutes during active hours.

We will NEVER ask for your Roblox account password or login credentials. Any communication requesting your password is not from Bloxfire.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By purchasing, you confirm you have the legal authority to enter a binding agreement and that your use of our service does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is final.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information.

Creator discount codes are single-use per order, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be subject to expiry or availability limits. We reserve the right to revoke or modify discount codes at any time.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties imposed by your local jurisdiction.

5. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on delivered items. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that once your item has been delivered to your Roblox account, the transaction is complete and no refund, chargeback, or reversal will be issued.

If your item has not been delivered within 24 hours of payment, contact support@bloxfire.gg with your order number and we will re-attempt delivery or issue a refund if we cannot fulfill your order.

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving a delivered item is considered fraud. We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities and permanently ban associated accounts. If you have a legitimate dispute, contact us before initiating a chargeback.

6. DELIVERY TERMS

To ensure successful delivery:

Provide your exact Roblox username as it appears on your account
Ensure your account is not set to private in a way that prevents item delivery
Provide a valid, accessible email address
Do not change your Roblox username after placing an order until delivery is confirmed

We are not responsible for failed delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

Purchase items for resale without our written permission
Use bots, scripts, or automated means to place orders or interact with our platform
Provide false or inaccurate information when placing orders
Abuse, exploit, or circumvent our discount code or promotional systems
Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff
Engage in any activity that disrupts our services
Use our platform for any unlawful purpose

Violations may result in immediate order cancellation, a permanent platform ban, and/or reporting to relevant authorities.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Bloxfire, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bloxfire or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit any content from our platform without our express written permission.

In-game items sold through Bloxfire are virtual items within Roblox experiences. All underlying intellectual property rights belong to their respective creators and/or Roblox Corporation. Bloxfire operates as an independent reseller and makes no ownership claims over such items.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bloxfire is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a registered trademark of Roblox Corporation.

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Virtual in-game items are subject to change, removal, or modification by game developers at any time — we are not responsible for such changes after your purchase.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOXFIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THAT CLAIM.

10. PRIVACY

We collect only the information necessary to process your order: your email address, Roblox username, and payment information (processed securely by our payment partners). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order or as required by law.

11. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

It is your responsibility to ensure your use of our services complies with all local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain geographic regions.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
