BLOXFIRE — DELIVERY POLICY Effective Date: March 23, 2026
HOW DELIVERY WORKS
Bloxfire sells digital in-game items delivered manually by a member of our team. Once your payment is confirmed, we will reach out to you via the contact information you provided at checkout to arrange and complete delivery.
Delivery is not automatic. You must be reachable.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for ensuring we can contact you after your purchase. This means:
- Providing a valid, active email address that you check regularly
- Providing your exact in-game username, spelled correctly
- Responding to our delivery message promptly
- Not changing your in-game username between placing your order and receiving delivery
- Ensuring your account is not set to private or restricted in a way that prevents us from completing delivery
- Checking your spam or junk folder if you do not see our message in your inbox
If we cannot reach you, we cannot deliver your item. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you, but we are not liable for failed or delayed delivery caused by your unavailability or unresponsiveness.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Our target delivery time is under 2 minutes during active hours. Actual delivery time depends on:
- Order volume at the time of purchase
- Your responsiveness to our delivery message
- The availability of the item in our inventory
During peak periods or off-hours, delivery may take longer. If you have not received your item or heard from us within 24 hours of payment, contact us at support@bloxfire.gg with your order number.
IF WE CANNOT REACH YOU
We will attempt to contact you via the information provided at checkout. If you do not respond within 72 hours of our first contact attempt, your order may be marked as undeliverable. In this case:
- Contact us at support@bloxfire.gg to reopen your order
- Have your order confirmation ready
- We will make another delivery attempt at our discretion
We do not issue refunds for orders that go undelivered due to the customer being unreachable. It is your responsibility to stay accessible after purchase.
INCORRECT INFORMATION
If you provided incorrect account or contact details at checkout, reach out to us immediately at support@bloxfire.gg before delivery is attempted. We will do our best to correct the information and proceed. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
WE WILL NEVER:
- Ask for your account password
- Ask for your login credentials for any platform
- Ask you to share your screen or install any software
Any communication asking for the above is not from Bloxfire. Report it to us immediately.
